It’s a perfect space for a family of 4. It’s a short drive to Race Point Beach and a short walk from the center of commercial street. The space was very clean and had great amenities. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, no. Our building does not permit pets for guests.
We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Yes, we have a free parking spot for you to use! Our parking spot is #4, fits one mid-sized vehicle, and is the farthest one on the left.
The spot is narrow, but fits most small and mid-sized vehicles (I have a Jeep Cherokee, and we fit just fine, but anything larger such as pickup trucks or oversized SUVs will not fit).
If someone is parked in the spot, check with the other unit renters in case they are parked there erroneously.
Alternatively, the West End Parking Lot is conveniently located across the street. Parking is first-come, first-serve. 45 parking spots. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1st - November 3rd, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is by the hour, and a 24-hour parking fee is $30.

The house includes two reserved parking spots, located directly in front on the brick drive and extending onto the white shell driveway. You can locate these spots on the lot overview map to the right.
Please avoid parking in the numbered spaces along Alden Street in the lower part of the lot, as these are reserved for other units. If you need additional parking, there’s a nearby lot next to CVS at the intersection of Bradford and Prince streets—just a short walk from the house.
The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.For more details on this lot and other parking options, including locations and fees, please visit Provincetown Parking Information under Visitors > Parking.
